POTAのログアップデートエラースピード解決!
昨日のアップデートエラーですが、ヘルプデスクに連絡して数時間で解決しました。
ヘルプデスクよりの回答は後述しますが:
・03 UTC(日本時間12時) to 11 UTC(同20時)まではエラーが出やすいのでアップロードしないでください
・アップロードエラーの時は、エラーのチケットを発行してください
ということで、スタックしたログを削除してもらいました。
次回エラーが出た場合にはアップロードエラーの発生したログの詳細を表示して「Request Suppot」をクリックしてエラーチケットを発行すればよいことが分かりました。図は例です。

The log has been removed. The issue was on our end. I have re uploaded the log and it has processed successfully.
The POTA Log Uploader has been experiencing issues each day between 03 UTC to 11 UTC approximately.
What is happening is some logs that are being uploaded are flagged with a red Unknown Failure.
Some of these logs (many) will have the accepted QSOs be the total of what is in the log. Some of the logs are just a unknown error with 0 Accepted.
In either case, no log data made it to any of the awards, profile, stats, activations etc. The log just sits out in space looking like it was accepted. But it has not.
If you see this happen, open a helpdesk ticket by clicking the down arrow to the right of the log.
Click on the Request support and fill in what is wrong.
The helpdesk will fix this. Usually just requires a removal of the log and a reload.
There are few cases where the unknown error was just bad data in the log. That is different than the problem, that is happening as I explain above.
In all cases, just open a helpdesk ticket. I also highly recommend folks do not upload logs between the hours of 03 UTC to 11 UTC.
This will minimize the risk of having the log error. There are nightly maintenances that run against the database during those hours.
Which makes the system run a little less stable.
The helpdesk will not remove any logs between those times.
If you open a ticket during that time to have a log removed, it will be removed after the maintenances are done.
